Turn off the router and power supply at the wall socket and turn back on after 30 sec, ensure any power supplies have lights on them and the plug point is working

Please stand next to the router and confirm if you can see wifi bars and have internet access

The internet is not been fully utilized 

Turn off the wifi TVs, laptops devices and test from one device

i.e a cell phone or ipad close to the router
